Privacy Policy: We respect the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or rent our mailing lists to others.

Money Back Guarantee: If the delivered item is not to your liking, you may return it within 7 days without indication. Just make sure you inform the customers Service of the Karolinsky Collection by mailing them within that 7-days period. The transport cost for the return must be paid by the purchaser.

Delivery: We deliver free of charge - worldwide. There are no additional costs for delivery.

Taxes and duty: The prices for the pieces of arts and the antique pieces have no VAT included. Inside the EC the Austrian VAT will be added if there is no evidence of a VAT-number. Outside the EC national taxes, import duties and local VAT has to be paid by the coutomer.

Payment: We offer the following ways of payment:
Prepayment: will safe you 5%
Credit cards: All major will be accepted (no discount)
Self delivery: will safe you 10% plus 3% cash discount.

Mistakes: The specified prices do not claim to be complete. We don't guarantee the correctness of all specifications made; mistakes and print errors are possible; changes of prices and production are subject to change without notice. Attribution and prescription are made o the best of one's knowledge and belief, mistakes are possible.

Property: The merchandise remains property of WOKA LAMPS VIENNA until the entire payment is made.
